When I originally ordered I forgot to apply the coupon to my order but Brandon was quick to respond to my email of desperation and refunded my money! Amazing! Next when I got the order there was a small rip on the binding over my daughters name, again with one speedy email he got me a new book shipped out right away! Talk about customer service!
