Mistakes on Our Part
We do our best to make sure that all orders are completed to perfection, but still make mistakes from time to time. All orders are hand made to order for YOU and we try our best to get them out within 24-48 hours. In our haste, if you do receive an order with any sort of mistake on our part, we will happily remake the order and ship it out immediately. We are continually offering new customization options for all of our items. We are dedicated to providing more specialized items in the future. In order to be able to provide all of the custom-made options and ship them within 24-48 hours, we can not accept returns on any items. Please use our sizing guide to make sure that you get your bracelet size correct. If you have any questions, please reach out to email@example.com.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Request must be received within 30 days of the time of sale. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include pictures of the defective item along with a description of the issue. Once approved, we will send you a return shipping label.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please allow 14 days from the time of receipt to process the return.
You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
